"I think it's worth so much more now, but that was a lot of money for me at the time." What's the one room she doesn't have in the home? The modern condo will feature a spa, rooftop pool, series of terraces, grand ballroom, marble lobbies, concierge, butlers, valet services, and even a French Brasserie. Her TV legend husband Aaron Spelling passed away in 2006 at the age of 83. He famously left their children Tori, 46, and Randy, 41, $750,000 each in his will. The 56,000-square-foot, 123-room 'Manor' - complete with a bowling alley and gift wrapping room - was sold to British socialite and Formula One heiress Petra Ecclestone in 2011 for $85million. While Aaron wanted a larger property at the time, Candy argued that they didn't need anymore room — until she became pregnant with her first child, Tori.

"Everyone keeps asking me who bought the house, and I say I have no idea," said Ms. Spelling, who now lives in a condo in Century City. The seven-bedroom property also has a great room, a media room and sliding doors that lead out to an oceanfront deck. One of the two master suites has a fireplace and sitting area, built-in bookshelves and a kitchenette. The property is surrounded by a white picket fence and beautiful white flowers.
They also have double wood doors in the front entrance. The Tori & Dean alum’s residence also comes with plenty of amenities, including a gorgeous spiral staircase as soon as you walk into the foyer, a personal sauna, a wet bar and a three-car garage. The area is completed with a custom pool and spa that boasts a rock waterfall, plus a huge patio filled with lounge chairs and tables. Carole Gene Marer was born in Beverly Hills, California, to Augusta (née Rosen) and Merritt Marer, and grew up in a Jewish home. Her father was a salesman who founded a chain of furniture stores.
